  • Appointments would be confirmed upon advance payment. If you are not previously registered with the hospital, kindly fill in the Registration before making the payment.
  • Please bring your morning stool sample on the day of check-up in our hospital container which can be collected in advance. At the same time you can make payment in order to facilitate your check-up.
  • Please do not forget to bring along your earlier medical records (if any).
  • Females executive : Urine routine and PAP smear test cannot be done during menses (periods).
  • Company sponsored clients are requested to bring referral letter.
  • Please wear minimum jewellery, comfortable attire and foot wear on the day of health check.
  • We request you to kindly adhere to appointment timing.
  • Please have your blood pressure checked by your family doctor the previous day, if you are known hypertensive.
  • Do not consume alcoholic beverages including wine, beer and whisky 72 hours prior to check-up.
  • Please take usual tablets of diabetes half an hour before the breakfast on the day of check-up.
  • Please take Blood pressure tablets along with a sip of water.
  • Male executive should shave his Chest (nipple to abdomen), if you are required to do stress test in the package.
  • Please remove your contact lenses, if used by you two days prior to health check up.
  • Please get your ears cleaned of wax prior to health check to facilitate audiogram investigation and avoid repeat ENT consultation.
  • All investigative reports of the health check (except Australia antigen, PAP smear, Ultrasonography, Mammography and BMD) will be made available on the same day. Typed medical summary reports along with any other additional investigation will be sent to you by courier within Mumbai and by post out side Mumbai after 3 working days.
  • In case of self collection of summary reports, you are required to collect from 3rd floor Health Check reception between 10 am to 5 pm.
  • All additional tests / investigations / consultation (on OPD basis only) will be offered at 10% discount for those undergoing health checks on the same day at an additional cost. A separate appointments may be required.
