WHAT IS MINDFUL EATING WORKSHOP?

This is a workshop for those who know that dieting is not going to work long-term and want to change their relationship with their food so they can eat what they love and love what they eat. In this workshop, participants will learn:

  • How to be in charge of your eating instead of feeling out of control
  • How to use hunger and satiety to guide you're eating
  • How to eat the foods you love without overeating or guilt
  • How to balance eating for nourishment with eating for enjoyment
  • How to resolve mindless and emotional eating
  • How to discover joy in movement
  • How to care for your body, mind, heart, and spirit
  • How to break free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting and overeating

Am I Hungry? Workshop Facilitators undergo intensive training to guide you through our unique learning process. The workshops include:
