Instructions for usage

  • Please enter your HH number and press the SUBMIT button.
  • Please confirm your name and press the PROCEED button.
  • Select the SERVICE.
  • Select YEAR, MONTH & DAY.
  • Enter Contact email id (MANDATORY FIELDS - If not submitted at the time of registration).
  • Click on SEARCH button for viewing the available appointment slots.
  • Click BOOK & PAY button against the appointment for which the payment is to be made.
  • Read the terms and conditions and press the ACCEPT & PAY button for payment.
  • You will then be directed to the payment gateway.
  • After a successful transaction, a voucher will appear. PLEASE CHECK AND PRINT YOUR VOUCHER.
  • You can also take print of your Voucher at Hospital HOSPITAL KIOSK.
  • In case of queries/ clarifications

    At the hospital:
    • For Health check appointment contact Health Check team on the 3rd floor of Hinduja Clinic building.
    • For other OPD Services, kindly contact the Help-desk (on Ground floor OPD) or you may ask for the OPD officer on duty.
    Offsite Queries:
    • For Health check appointment & payment, email on healthcheck@hindujahospital.com and hindujaclinic@hindujahospital.com
    • For other OPD Services appointment & payment, email on hindujaclinic@hindujahospital.com

Please note

  • Please allow popups for this website.
  • Please check you junk folder or spam folder in case you do not receive an email in your mail box within 10 mins.
  • Online / Kiosk service option is available only for Registered patients of Hinduja Hospital, Mahim. The facility is only for consultation service by appointment.
  • Please note that, for cancellation of Health check appointment on patient request, the patient needs to send an email in advance to healthcheck@hindujahospital.com and hindujaclinic@hindujahospital.com - refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving such a request. The Hospital will inform you when the refund is ready via email.
  • Please note that, for cancellation of other OPD appointment on patient request, the patient needs to send an email in advance to hindujaclinic@hindujahospital.com - refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving such a request. The Hospital will inform you when the refund is ready via email.
  • For rescheduling of cancelled appointments, a fresh appointment is required to be booked. A new payment transaction will have to be processed.

STEPS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES

Step 1

  • Log on to www.hindujahospital.com
  • Select the online services tab on the upper right hand side corner

Step 2

  • Enter your HH number and press the SUBMIT button

Step 3

  • Confirm your name and press the PROCEED button

Step 4

  • Select the SPECIALITY or DOCTOR from list.
  • Select MONTH & YEAR  from calendar.
  • Enter contact email id (mandatory fields - If not submitted at the time of registration).
  • Click on SEARCH button for viewing the available appointment slots.

Step 5

  • Click BOOK & PAY button against the appointment for which the payment is to be made.

Step 6

  • Read the terms and conditions and press the ACCEPT & PAY button for payment.
  • You will then be directed to the payment gateway.

Step 7

  • After a successful transaction, a voucher will appear. 
  • Please check and print your voucher from your device or from KIOSK at hospital.
