Instructions for usage

  • Please enter your HH number and press the SUBMIT button.
  • Please confirm your name and press the PROCEED button.
  • Enter the MANDATORY FIELDS - contact email, card holder’s name and e-mail id.
  • Click PAY button against the appointment for which the payment is to be made .
  • Read the terms and conditions and press the ACCEPT & PAY button for payment.
  • You will then be directed to the payment gateway.
  • Please note that only ONLY CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD can be used for making payment.
  • After a successful transaction, a voucher will appear. PLEASE CHECK AND PRINT YOUR VOUCHER AND PROGRESS NOTE.
  • You can also take print of your Voucher and Progress Note at Hospital OPD KIOSK.
  • In case of queries/ clarifications
    • At hospital, kindly contact the Help-desk (on Ground floor OPD) or you may ask for the OPD officer on duty.
    • For offsite Online Payment, please email the OPD on hindujaclinic@hindujahospital.com

  • Online / Kiosk payment option is available only for Registered patients of Hinduja Hospital, Mahim. The facility is only for consultation service by appointment / IPD Deposit / Reservation Deposit.
  • Please note for cancellation of appointment on patient request post payment, the patient needs to send an email to hindujaclinic@hindujahospital.com .Refund will be processed within 7 working days to the card holder.
  • For rescheduling of cancelled appointments, a fresh appointment is required to be booked. Appointment cell will assist you. A new payment transaction will have to be processed

STEPS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES

Step 1

  • Log on to www.hindujahospital.com
  • Select the Online Payment Services Tab on upper right side block

Step 2

  • Click on Proceed button for "OPD SERVICES / DOCTOR CONSULTATION".

Step 3

  • Enter the HH No.

Step 4

  • Confirm your Name and HH No. by clicking "PROCEED".

Step 5

  • List of appointments available to view are displayed.
  • Enter the MANDATORY FIELDS - contact email, card holder’s name and e-mail id.
  • Click PAY button against the appointment for which the payment is to be made.

Step 6

  • Read the terms and conditions and press the ACCEPT & PAY button for payment.

Step 7

  • After a successful transaction, a voucher will appear.
  • Check and print your voucher and progress note.
