  • Diabetic Foot Wounds: It is always better to prevent the diabetic foot wounds than to treat it. Indian as well as international statistics shows that 60% of the indoor admissions for the diabetic patients are for foot problems. Therefore preventive care is very important and essential.
  • For Diabetics prone to injuries or having injuries regular foot examination, foot mapping and vascular impedance. Foot evaluation includes testing the function of nerves of the leg and checking the blood in the leg blood vessels. This involves using instruments called “sensitometer and handheld Doppler”.
